Ella West - Visit

Today Ella West visited Hornby High School from Dunedin. Ella West is a New Zealand author and she is also a journalist. She came to Hornby High to talk about two books, Night Vision and Rain Fall. She talked about how she came up with the idea of Night Vision. She said that one night they were watching a tv show about XP and that inspired her to write the book Night Vision. She talked about the book Rain Fall. She got inspired to write Rain Fall when she went to a school in the West Coast kids parents who worked in the coal mines had not much money because they kept getting shut. Another thing she talked about a book called The Sound Of My Heart that she might be publishing in 2021. 

 I really liked how Ella West came to Hornby High and talked about Night Vision and Rain Fall.
